Stefan Kröll
Stefan Kröll was born in 1975 in Zell am See, in the province of Salzburg. This is where he spent his childhood, school and training years. Alongside his professional work, he completed a degree in civil engineering as well as a Master’s degree in accounting and business management. He also passed the state examination to qualify as a master builder. Stefan Kröll is a certified and court-appointed expert for structural engineering.
With over 30 years of experience and deep regional knowledge of the German-speaking Alpine region, he brings his expertise to the S2 Plus Group as planner, project developer, and general contractor. For over a decade, he has focused on tourism-related development. The portfolio includes apartment hotels, resorts, chalet villages, and guesthouses.
Stefan Kröll is a comprehensive thinker and passionate designer of contemporary architecture, grounded in regional identity and pragmatic realism.
